At Bad Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear, but if your fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Ensure your workwear meets our quality standards upon return to receive a full refund or a replacement size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any job-site debris.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
